Bronkhorst® W-101A CEM 适用于精确的蒸汽流输送，工作压力在真空到100 bar之间，可混合最大流量 2 g/h液体和最大流量 4 ln/min载气。温控混合装置与µ-FLOW液体流量计和载气MFC组合使用，共同构成控制蒸发和混合（CEM）系统。
